Nourish Yoga of Hermiston is for people of all ages 4-104 encompassing whole mind, body & spirit nourishment.

Life-long health does not come from cookie-cutter fad diets or even just physical practice alone. Because each individual is balanced differently and has unique needs, we will work together to nourish body and mind to help you achieve your goals in fitness, health and life!

We offer a variety of yoga classes for every-body.

We welcome you into Nourish, a safe space to practice. From power vinyasa flow, challenging HIIT workouts, hot yoga, deep stretch, gentle chair yoga, we accommodate prenatal & safe postpartum exercises, Yoga Trapeze and kids classes and childcare too!


The Yoga Trapeze

 While many of the yoga poses we do on the Yoga Trapeze look very similar to their mat-based counterparts, the dynamics are very unique. The Yoga Trapeze demands a great deal of upper body and core strength even with the most basic of movements such as getting in and out of the sling. It adds in the missing “pull” motion lacking in mat-based classes.

Nourish Yoga of Hermiston is a gem. It is also very conveniently located on 395 near the Plaza. The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet, and aromatic. This allows you to relax, focus on your technique, and develop your skills. The music is soft and not overpowering, students are friendly, and the studio has an ample suppply of quality mats and blocks so you do not need to remember to bring any gear. Instructor Lauran Barth does a wonderful job instructing her students and helping them reach their fullest potential, while never pressuring them to do anything they are simply not ready for. Whether you’re a bare beginner or an advanced practitioner of yoga, you will really find yourself at home there. More affordable than than the other yoga studio in town, excellent atmosphere, and great instructors. You will really come into your own with Lauran at Nourish!
