Breathe, Bend & Be Happy
Lauren's passion is to spend time with students and help each individual accomplish personalized goals.
We all get swept away in our busy daily lives, often losing touch with what our bodies and minds need in order to feel our best. Daily yoga practice has helped her own life, and now she wants to share its benefits with others.
Lauren has two little ones, and an amazing supportive husband who dabbles in yoga too.
"My family are my light and my drive. We have a small farm in Hermiston, OR. I love horseback riding, hiking, running, cooking, gardening, stand up paddle boarding (SUP) in the summer, and of course yoga. Yoga has been a tool for me mentally, emotionally and physically. I started practicing yoga in high school and decided to pursue my teaching certification in 2016. I am an E-RYT200 hour certified instructor through Yoga Alliance, with over 1200 classes taught and more than 400 hours of continued yoga education to expand my knowledge and practice." Lauren
Why Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga is a full-body experience. It builds dynamic strength and improves balance and flexibility through low-impact workouts, and clears the mind with breathing techniques and relaxing meditation. You can apply Vinyasa Yoga on and off the mat: Yoga improves performance in other activities like walking, hiking, running, cycling, horseback riding, and parenting :)
